OCs! Believe me...I have many more of them
I wanted to draw something royal-looking for a long time now, and so...

Royal Blood (right) - (25) the Great Prince of a Land I haven't thought up a name for yet. He's the firstborn and the only son of the late Emperor
(has a sister younger by 11 years - Royal Lace). Royal Blood comes from a long lineage of fighting unicorns, hence his soild physique and deathly
sharp horn, longer than normal (magic only) unicorns have. Physically he resambles his father very much but from the earliest years he presented
other values than brutality against the enemies and strenght (in terms of personality he took more after his mother).
    The Prince was always more on the pacifist side and tried to use common sense and better judgement while dealing with the neighboring kingdoms;
using war and battle as the last resort. Even though the Emperor though these traits will eventually bring loss to the Kingdom, Royal Blood recieved
splendid education and before he turned 13 he fathomed what the the future head of the Land should know best (fighting skills, planning strategies,
history and etiquette, philosophy and ethics, politics, and all general knowledge). All these things combined helped him to unite the closest kingdoms
in alliance. That of course did not freed his kingdom entirely from enemies.
    When Royal Blood turned 5, a future marriage was arranged. His royal parents accepted the firstborn daughter from the ruler of one of the Skyland
(fancy name for sky,eh?) Kingdoms and a commonwealth between the two Lands was sealed.
    Royal Blood is stoic and silent, doesn't really know how to show his emotions to the Grand Duchess the right way. He keeps only a few close to him
at court. The burden of suddenly taking over the throne (mother died when RB was young, father died during a sudden expedition) llies heavily on his
shoulders, but as for now, he fulfills his royal duties perfectly.

    CUTIE MARK - Fleur de lis in royal blue and purple with the Crown in the middle (his royal roots - quite obvious), underneath a crossed golden
sprig of laurel (victory for the ruler) and a blue rose "symbolizes the impossible, or the unattainable. Since the blue rose itself is a rarity in nature, it stands
for something that is hardly within one's grasp, an object that seems too difficult to be achieved. Thus the blue rose is admired and revered as an unrealizable
dream." In this case the rose in his CM means peace between countries, which is hard to achieve and even harder to maintain.

When she was born, her royal father offered her as a seal to the peace agreement. From then on she was trained and taught about her
future life on the Erdlands (fancy name for earth/ground). She wasn't actually jolly about it but she accepted her faith without much objection.
Though to ensure the Princess wouldn't suddenly change her ways in the heat of a rebel hour her wings were tied up, so whe wouldn't use them
as much. For that reason, they're more or less developed in shape but not strenght, so she can't fly long distances.
    To know her future husband a bit better they were able to meet for short periods of time every year. Royal Blood was truly charmed by
the delicate beauty of Crown Jewel, her nobal and graceful ways and of course intelligence. So much so, that he didn't knew how to express
his sympathy, and later - love, which made him appear cold and uninterested. That made Jewel quite unsure of her position and rest of her
future life, but as the years passed by she learnt that's just the clumsy nature of her betrothed. Now she finds that part of him quite amusing
in their daily, filled with duties, life.
    Crown Jewel is a good and dedicated monarch. Her kind nature helps her take care of her subjects - mostly mares, future to be mothers
and children, the elders and the poor ones. Her sharp mind, great deduction and intelligence is highly valued among the royal advisors
and captains of the army, which is unusal for a court with a strong rule of males.

    CUTIE MARK - a Unicorn's horn crossed with a Pagasi feather united by one Crown (Jewel). Crown Jewel earned her mark because she
accepted the faith brought on to her by her parents, even if she had doubts along the way. After she learnt she really loves her new Kingdom, and
more so - the Prince, something more enriched her mark. A blue outline of a heart that symbolizes that love and care.
